MOSCOW, Sep 10 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of construction company Stroygazconsulting have pledged a 100% stake in the company with Gazprombank, according to the documents seen by PRIME on Monday.
According to a statement made in August, investment group United Capital Partners (UCP) controlled by Ilya Shcherbovich had sold its entire 50% stake in Stroygazconsulting to an undisclosed buyer. Gazprombank owned 50% in Stroygazconsulting then.
